God With Us

Our God is with us in all things. He is the very air we breathe.

On the go? Press play!

27 So that they should seek God, in the hope that they might feel after Him and find Him, although He is not far from each one of us.  28 For in Him we live and move and have our being;   Acts 17: 27-28a AMPC

Though we don’t see Him, He is the very fabric of our existence.  He is in everything that we deem beautiful and even those things which seem fearsome.  He is in the roar of the lion and the flutter of the hummingbird.  Though our focus on the tangible world makes it difficult for us to sense Him, He is near.  He is with us.  Our God is the very air we breathe.  We live and move and have our being in Him.  Though challenges distract us and difficulties consume our thoughts,  God is our Help.  Not just any help.  A very present help.  He is near to each one of us in exactly the way we need it most.  His presence though universal, is the epitome of personal.

He is not only within us, but He hedges us in on every side.  Though we walk through the valley of the shadow of death, we don’t walk alone.  He walks with us…carries us.  Though we may feel that the days ahead are dark and the path is hazy and unclear, there is nothing hidden from His eyes.  And He is certainly not hidden from us.  It is in seeking God that we realize He didn’t need to be found.  Seeking Him just makes us more aware of His constant presence.  His ever presence.  This awareness makes every moment an opportunity to see the burning bushes He places in our way.  Hear His voice.  There is nothing that can keep us from our Father.  May we know that as we seek Him…though it may seem we are groping in the dark…  May we know that He is in us, He is with us and He is for us.
